About Coral Care

Coral Care is transforming access to pediatric developmental therapies by connecting families with high-quality, in-home speech and occupational therapists. Their mission is to ensure that every child gets the care they need—faster, easier, and with fewer barriers.

Coral Care is launching an Affiliate Referral Program to expand awareness and drive growth through trusted community engagement in the local Facebook groups and online communities where parents are already seeking recommendations for pediatric therapy services.

  • Experience engaging authentically in Facebook parent groups and other similar online communities
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to create persuasive, non-promotional content
  • A bias toward action—you execute quickly and iterate rather than spending time on lengthy planning
  • Self-sufficiency—you solve problems independently without requiring constant supervision
  • A legitimate, active Facebook presence with experience navigating community guidelines
  • This role is available as a part-time opportunity (20-25 hours/week), with potential for full-time consideration for exceptional candidates who bring significant relevant experience.
