# Fonzi

> Fonzi is an AI-native talent marketplace connecting engineers to AI startups.

Candidates apply once, then choose which Interview Requests to accept, each one with a salary attached upfront. Companies get a focused way to meet engineers who are ready to interview now.

## Connect Fonzi to an AI agent

Fonzi provides two authenticated remote MCP servers. Pick the one that matches the person’s relationship with Fonzi, connect it, and complete Fonzi’s OAuth sign-in when the client asks. Each server scopes access to the signed-in account; nothing is served before sign-in.

### Fonzi Talent

Use this server when the person is looking for a job: applying to Fonzi, managing their own application, Candidate Profile, or resume, browsing Companies, or reviewing Interview Requests.

- Authentication: Fonzi OAuth. The server advertises its authorization server at https://talent.fonzi.ai/.well-known/oauth-protected-resource
- Capabilities: Apply to Fonzi and complete application questions, check status and next steps, manage the Candidate Profile and resume, browse Companies, record Company interest, pause or resume participation, and review or respond to Interview Requests. Available capabilities depend on the Candidate’s current lifecycle state.
- Instructions for agents: For a greeting or “what’s next?”, call `get_my_fonzi`; for a specific request, call the matching tool directly. Act only on the signed-in Candidate’s account and obtain confirmation before saving profile changes or responding to an Interview Request.

### Fonzi Recruiter

Use this server when the person hires through Fonzi as a member of a Company Team: managing their Company, Jobs, Candidates, and Interview Requests.

- Authentication: Fonzi OAuth. The server advertises its authorization server at https://recruiting.fonzi.ai/.well-known/oauth-protected-resource
- Capabilities: Manage the Company Profile, Jobs, Candidates, Interview Requests, Matches, and Company Team. Available capabilities depend on the signed-in member’s role and the Company’s status.
- Instructions for agents: For a greeting, a broad question about the Company, or to discover what is available, call `get_my_fonzi_company`; for a specific request, call the most specific tool directly. Read current state to ground a change, then act on the user’s request and report the result.

Do not use Fonzi Talent for Company Team work or Fonzi Recruiter for a Candidate’s personal account. Detailed tool discovery happens inside the authenticated connection, where availability reflects the signed-in account.
