Match Day Rules
Purpose
The purpose of Match Day is to streamline the hiring process for both candidates and companies. We strive for quality, speed, and transparency for all participants.
Key Definitions
Response Timing
Employer Commitments
Active-Hiring Only: The Employer affirms that every bid it places is for a fully approved, budgeted, and applicable open role.
Bid Integrity: Salary, equity, and guaranteed bonus submitted through the Platform may not be reduced for 60 days after Bid-Lock. Perks may be added, never removed.
Responsiveness: The Employer designates a Talent-Acquisition POC who replies to Fonzi Slack or e-mail within one business day.
Candidate Commitments
Accept or decline each bid within its 7-day Response Window. Bids left unanswered are closed automatically.
Attend scheduled interviews or notify Fonzi at least one business day in advance of any conflicts.
All compensation negotiations with Employers during the Response Window must be conducted with a Fonzi Concierge Recruiter cc’d.
Communication Channels
Slack/Text - Primary for scheduling, bid-status pings, and escalation
E-mail - Bid response delivery, candidate introductions
Calendar Invites - Sent by the company to the candidate with the Fonzi PoC recruiter in copy for every interview slot
Rule Updates
Fonzi may update these Rules at any time. Updated Rules apply to all bids placed after notice. Continued participation after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Rules.
Hierarchy
If these Rules conflict with the Agreement or an Order Form, the Order Form shall take precedence, followed by the Match Day Rules, and then the Agreement.
