From there, your Concierge Recruiter helps you sharpen your profile, resume, and LinkedIn. Our recruiters work directly with every company on Fonzi, so they know what each team is hiring for, what matters to them in a candidate, and how to help you stand out. That context gets passed to you before Match Day even starts.
Once your profile is ready, you get accepted into the upcoming Match Day candidate pool. You can see which companies are participating and start thinking about where you want to land.

Match Day
Every Monday, the Match Day window opens. Companies have 72 hours to review candidate profiles and send salary-backed interview requests to the engineers they want to meet. Once that window closes, candidates have another 24 hours to review their requests, see the role and compensation upfront, and decide whether to move forward.
Candidates can also signal interest to companies you'd like to hear from. It goes both ways.
After
Match Day
Once you accept an interview request, the process moves quickly. Your Concierge Recruiter stays with you through every step, from interview prep to offer negotiation. The timeline varies by company, but Fonzi is built for speed. Our fastest placement went from Match Day to a signed offer in 7 days.

Instead of sifting through hundreds of unqualified applicants, you’re reviewing a shortlist of engineers who are relevant, engaged, and ready to interview.

When the Match Day window opens on Monday, you get 72 hours to review your matched candidate profiles. Each profile includes the candidate's experience, technical background, project work, and preferences. If you want to meet someone, you send an interview request that includes the role and compensation details upfront.
Once your window closes, candidates have 24 more hours to review the requests they've received and decide which ones to accept. This structure ensures that both sides are showing real intent from the start. No time wasted!

Once a candidate accepts your interview request, your account manager stays with you through the rest of the process. We collect feedback from both sides, help you structure your interviews if needed, and make sure nothing stalls between stages.
